Team Circuit Challenge for Homeless Youth
We're calling this the Triple 5 Challenge! Grab 5 team mates for this fun, high energy intense circuit challenge which is sure to test your fitness!
This challenge is all about team work. As a team you will work your way through 5 exercises, 5 minutes per exercise and 2 rounds! The team with the highest reps and kms achieved will be crowned!

5 Exercises | 5mins per Exercise | 2 Rounds
1 minute rest between exercises / 5 minutes rest between rounds.
Triple 5 Circuit Challenge Notes
The circuit will consist of:
- 5min on spin bike
- 5min of body squats
- 5min of push ups
- 5min of burpees
- 5min of plank walk-outs
There will be a 1 minute rest between exercises. Each team member has to complete each exercise.
A 5 minute rest between rounds - 2 rounds total.
There will be support crew on hand to asisst and count reps and support the team with hydration needs.
Estimated time to complete - 1hr. Max 10 teams
On the Day
Participants for team circuit challenge will need to arrive in their athletic gear ready to go!
Registrations & coffee in the Event Village start from 9:00am for team challengers.
All teams must be Registed by 10am | Start time is from approx 10:45am.
Parking
St Ives Showground has no parking available. We do strongly recommend that you organise to carpool with your teammates.

Lunch
There will be a sit-down lunch at St Ives Showground following all events. The lunch will commence from approx 12:45pm and conclude at 1:30pm and participants can continue to network and relax until 3:00pm.
In the event village there will also be activities for you and the team to enjoy.
