The Largest One-Day Fitness Challenge To Change Young Lives!
Join the property and construction industry’s biggest one-day challenge on 11 September, at our exciting new home, St Ives Showground, with fresh courses for walkers, runners, and riders of all levels.
It’s also a year to celebrate: 2026 marks the Property Industry Foundation’s 30th Anniversary. Three decades of our industry coming together to create real, lasting change — and this year we’re doing it again.
Our goal is to raise $350,000 for The Haven Project, whereby we create safe bedrooms where young people in need.
Over 46,000 young Australians don't have a safe place to sleep tonight. A bedroom changes that. When young people have stable housing, they can stop surviving and start building — focusing on health, education, and a future of their own.

WALK
Walk 5km or step up for the longer 10km walk through the streets of Terrey Hills on your own or as a team.

What’s included
Registrations open at 6:45am with the first event starting at 7am. The Tour de PIF will conclude at 3pm.

Every night, 46,000 young Australians are without a safe and secure place to sleep. Not every young person can live with their family, and for many, foster care isn’t an option. These young people urgently need safe, stable housing to rebuild their lives.
The Property Industry Foundation is dedicated to ending youth homelessness by accelerating the delivery of safe, stable housing in partnership with the property and construction industry.
