More than just a ride, Tour de PIF brings senior property leaders together to support a cause that truly matters: building homes for homeless youth. Through the Property Industry Foundation’s Haven Project, we’re turning fundraising efforts into real impact — creating safe, stable spaces for young people to rebuild their lives.

This year, we’re riding towards a $200,000 goal to fund new bedrooms through the Haven Project. Every pedal stroke helps lay the foundation for a brighter future.

It’s a day where senior property leaders come together for a great cause, combining the thrill of cycling with the joy of connecting with peers. What’s included

Registrations open at 7:45am with the first event starting at 9am. The Tour de PIF will conclude at 3pm.

On the day we’ll provide you:

Why Fundraising Matters

At the Property Industry Foundation, we believe every young Australian deserves the stability of a safe and secure home - a foundation from which they can build a brighter future. We are committed to breaking this cycle through our flagship initiative, The Haven Project. The Haven Project is a collaborative effort that brings together the skills, labour, and generosity of the property and construction industry to build and renovate homes for homeless youth.
