 🌙 This year, I’m giving up my warm, comfy bed for one night to sleep out under the stars — for the 46,000 young Australians who don’t have a safe place to sleep each night.

On 26 March, I’ll be joining the SleepOut at Sydney’s iconic Centennial Parklands to raise funds that help provide a safe bed and support for homeless youth. ♡♡♡

Sometimes we forget how far a small act of generosity can go. Your support can change a young person’s life ♡♡♡ — giving them safety, stability, and hope. ♡♡♡

# Sleeping Out for Change: One Night to Help End Youth Homelessness

Tuesday 20th Jan
On **26 March 2026**, I’ll be doing something simple—but deeply meaningful. I’ll be giving up my warm, comfy bed for one night to sleep out under the stars at **Sydney’s iconic Centennial Parklands**, as part of the **PIF SleepOut for Homeless Youth**.

This one night is for the **46,000 young Australians** who don’t have a safe place to sleep each night.

## Why I’m Sleeping Out 🌙

For most of us, a bed is something we don’t think twice about. It’s comfort. It’s safety. It’s security. But for thousands of young people across Australia, that basic need isn’t guaranteed.

Youth homelessness isn’t just about sleeping rough—it’s about uncertainty, vulnerability, and missed opportunities. Without stable housing, young people face enormous challenges accessing education, employment, and long-term wellbeing.

By sleeping out for one night, I’m standing in solidarity with these young people and raising funds to support the **Property Industry Foundation (PIF)** in providing **safe beds, stable housing, and ongoing support** through initiatives like **The Haven Project**.
