Registration & Entry Fees (incl GST)
- All Inclusive Package - $5500 ($4400 for Foundation donors)
- Includes entry for 6 attendees, yacht sourcing, skipper & crew, on water catering (food only), and entry to post-race celebrations with food and beverage package & return shuttle bus tickets
- Additional guest + post-race celebration event entry $330.00 ($280.00 for Foundation donors)
- Additional guest added to an existing booking of 6.
- Solo Sailor tickets - $550.00
- Includes entry on a mixed solo sailor yacht, yacht sourcing, skipper & crew, on water catering (food only), and entry to post-race celebrations with food and beverage package & return shuttle bus tickets
- Post race celebration event ticket $165.00
- Includes entry to post-race celebration only, food and beverage package & one way shuttle bus ticket
- Corporate yacht signage $100.00
- Reusable vinyl banner with your company logo/branding to display on the side of your yacht

How many yachts can participate?
There is currently no limit to the number of yachts that can participate at this point in time.
The Property Industry Foundation will work alongside Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron to ensure a safe capacity is maintained.
Will there be any activities on land?
We will be hosting an exclusive post race networking dinner and celebration at Royal Queensland Yacht Squardon at the conclusion of the race.
Entry is by ticket only and requires ALL guests to register online prior to the day. Guests will be issued with a wristband and will be required to wear this for the entirety of the event.
What if I need help sourcing a yacht?
The All Inclusive Package, Solo Sailor Package and Extra Guest Tickets include a yacht.
All yachts are generoulsy donated by members of the Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron and neighbouring clubs. Yachts are required to comply with maritime Regulations and standards. We kindly ask that you respect the skipper and crew and follow any directions given to you while onboard.
If you have your own yacht which you would like to enter the event please contact Rebecca Field at rfield@pif.com.au to confirm the requirements of entry.
How do I get to the Royal Queensland Yach Squardon (RQYS)? Is there parking onsite?
RQYS is located at 578 Royal Esplanade, Manly, Queensland.
There is limited onsite parking at the RQYS and the Foundation encourages attendees to take advantage of the free return shuttle bus service provided with your event ticket purchase*. Should you drive, please do not park in members reserved spaces.
Buses will run return from Eagle Street Brisbane. *Post-Race Celebration only ticket holders will be able to catch the RQYS to Brisbane service only.

FEE PAYMENT
Your registration is not secure until payment in full has been made. All fees must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to the event. No credits or refunds will be given to cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event.
EVENT CANCELLATION
- If an attendee/corporate cancel their registration, a full refund will be offered up until 30 days prior to the event. After this no refund will be offered. If the event is cancelled due to weather or other circumstances out of our control, a full refund will be offered up until 30 days prior to the event. After this no refund will be given. If the event is postponed all registration fees will be transferred to the new date.
- If the event is cancelled due to Government restrictions, a full refund will be offered up until 30 days prior to the event. A 50% refund will be given if cancelled between 30 days and 1 day prior to the event, after this no refund will be given. If the event is postponed all rego fees will be transferred to the new date.
PRIVACY
I understand that the personal information I have provided in this application is necessary for the conduct of the Regatta and will be handled in accordance with Property Industry Foundation's Privacy Policy, which is available at pif.com.au. Property Industry Foundation will do its utmost to protect the security of my personal information and will not share it with other organisations. I consent to my personal information being used by Property Industry Foundation.
CODE OF CONDUCT
If the event organisers, venue management or security onsite deem the behaviour of anyone at the Regatta, be it, an employee, volunteer, client, and participant to be inappropriate or disrespectful to another person, you will be removed from the event immediately and no refund will be given.
If further action is required because of one’s behaviour at the event, the event manager will enforce security to assist or seek further assistance from law enforcement. All incidents of inappropriate behaviour or disrespectful behaviour will be recorded at the time of incident, and the event organiser and Property Industry Foundation will follow up with those and the company involved.

How many people can attend?
Depending on the size of your allocated yacht - most can hold between 6-10 guests on board.
The event has an overall capacity of 700 which is in line with the capacity of the venue - Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron
