Event day timings:
- 8am - Free shuttle services depart Eagle St (bookings are essential and can be made by contacting Rebecca Field at r.field@pif.com.au)
- 8.30am - Event check in opens - have your QR Code ready
- 8.30am - Free breakfast including tea/ coffee available for all guests, skippers and crew
- 9.30am - Official event opening
- 10.15am - Boarding of boats - please meet your skipper and crew on the lawn at RQYS
- 12.00pm - Race commences
- 3.00pm - After Party commences
- 3.30pm - Winners presentations
- 5.00pm - First bus departs (return to Eagle St. -Bookings are essential and can be made by contacting Rebecca Field at r.field@pif.com.au
- 6.00pm - Brisbane Regatta 2025 officially concludes
- 6.30pm - Final Bus departs (return to RQYS - bookings are essential and can be made by contacting Rebecca Field at r.field@pif.com.au)
