A Unique Experience Under the Stars
A 30km Overnight Challenge to Change Young Lives
After a sold-out inaugural event in 2025, we return to the Mornington Peninsula for our second annual Hike the Night. Join us for an unforgettable overnight adventure making a real impact for homeless youth.
On Friday 1st May 2026, twenty of Victoria’s leading property and construction professionals will take on the breathtaking Two Bays Trail - a 30km trek under the stars designed to test endurance, foster connection, and raise vital funds to support the Property Industry Foundation’s mission of building safe, stable homes for vulnerable young people.
Guided by expert tour leaders from Take Shape Adventures, participants will hike safely through the night with full support at every stage, including staffed checkpoints, trained trail guides, and a dedicated team ensuring a seamless and inspiring experience from start to finish.
This year, help us reach our goal of $100,000 for the Haven Project Victoria, helping accelerate the delivery of urgently needed bedrooms for young people experiencing homelessness.

Why Fundraising Matters
7,000 young people (aged 12-24) in Victoria were identified as homeless in the last census.
Every step you take during Hike the Night brings us closer to breaking the cycle of homelessness for vulnerable young people. Funds raised from this event directly support Haven House Projects, providing safe, stable housing and vital resources to help youth build brighter futures.
We encourage each participant to aim for a minimum of $5,000. This ensures we meet our $100,000 goal to fund critical initiatives that give homeless youth a safe place to sleep and the support they need to thrive. By participating in Hike the Night, you’re not just taking on a personal challenge, you’re transforming lives. Together, we can ensure that no young person faces the uncertainty of homelessness.
