A sailing experience that changes lives
The Sydney Charity Regatta isn’t just another day on the water — it’s the Property Industry Foundation’s flagship fundraising event and Australia’s largest charity regatta.
Sail from the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia (home of the Rolex Sydney to Hobart) and experience the thrill of racing on some of the world’s most spectacular yachts side by side with passionate and influential leaders from across the property and construction industry — all united to make a tangible difference for homeless youth.
Now in its 26th year, the Sydney Charity Regatta has helped the Foundation support more than 1,800 young people off the streets and into safety, funding the creation of 278 bedrooms through the incredible generosity.

Rebuild lives, one bedroom at a time.
Each $1 you raise is goes further through in-kind donations of skills, labour and goods from the property and construction industry as part of our major initiative – The Haven Project. This project is a collaborative effort to build and renovate homes for homeless youth.
Every bedroom means safety, stability, dignity, and the chance for a brighter future. Together, we can create thousands of safe nights of sleep.
