In a world of countless networking events, awards nights and conferences targeted at women in business— Gather for Good is something different. Created by women for women this elevated, elegant and intimate lunch series is designed cultivate meaningful, purposeful connection while giving back to the community we live and lead in.
There is a housing crisis, and young people and children are at the bottom of the ladder.
The Property Industry Foundation is the charity of choice for the property and construction industry. Through partnerships with other charities, companies and staff in the property and construction industry, they build homes (Haven Projects) that increase the number of bedrooms available for homeless youth and support initiatives that have a tangible impact on young people in need.
In their current partnership with The Lady Musgrave Trust, Property Industry Foundation and the Queensland Government, will be building Haven House Ipswich. 13 units specifically for women and children escaping domestic and violence and at risk of homelessness. The long-term purpose-built housing will come with wrap-around support, fostering independence, resilience and long-term stability.
We kindly ask that you dig deep and donate to the Property Industry Foundation's capital campaign, all donations made will go towards Haven House Ipswich*. This project will initially intercept two-generations of disadvantage and change the course of future generations as well.
