Spaces are limited — register and help us build brighter futures.
REGSITER

46,000 young Australians don’t have a safe place to sleep tonight.

Over a third are under 25.

This March, join the best and brightest emerging leaders from the property and construction industry to SleepOut in support of homeless youth.

After a sell-out event in 2025, don’t miss the opportunity to SleepOut in the heart of Sydney CBD with industry peers and leaders to shine a light on the silent struggles faced by disadvantaged youth in Australia.

Last year, thanks to our incredible sleepers, industry partners, and generous donors, we raised $200,000. This year, we need you with us again to help create real, lasting change for homeless youth who deserve a safe place to call home and a second chance at life.

Your participation directly supports the Property Industry Foundation’s life-changing building projects—creating safe bedrooms, safe homes, and safe futures for young people who need them most.

The Impact of funds raised

The funds raised from the Sydney SleepOut directly support the Property Industry Foundation's Haven Project.

This year our NSW Future Leaders Committee is aiming to raise $300,000 for projects like Haven House South Dowling—a life-changing space for young people facing homelessness.

The 2026 Sydney Sleepout is especially meaningful as we mark 30 years of the Property Industry Foundation — three decades of building hope, creating safe homes, and standing alongside young people experiencing homelessness.

“From the safety and warmth of my own room, I feel deeply grateful for this opportunity. I love the little details, like the lamps on the ceilings and the tiles in the hallway—they make the space feel special. And the sensor lighting is perfect for me since I’m afraid of the dark. I just want to say how thankful and happy I am to be in such a beautiful home, surrounded by people who genuinely care. It’s helped me more than I can say—and yes, I love showing o¬ how amazing this house is!”
