Event Date: Friday 21 February 2025 – 7am-3pm

Event Day Agenda:
The event registration will open at 7:00am. Coffee, refreshments, and a light breakfast will be available from this time. Barista coffees can be purchased from the clubhouse.

Schedule of events
- 7:00 am – Registration opens, coffee, pastries, and light breakfast served
- 7:30 am – Welcome and player briefing
- 8:00am – Player tee-off
- 8:30am – Drinks Halfway Hut open
- 12:40pm – Players begin return to clubhouse
- 12.45pm - Drinks served out on the terrace, networking until all players return
- 1:30pm – Lunch to commence in the Portsea Room
- 3:00pm – Event to conclude
Every participant will need to register no later than 30 minutes before tee-off.
Team & Course Information:
We have the capacity for 30 teams (of 4) on the day – please note we have a limited number of Golf Carts available. One cart will be allocated per team, and if there are additional carts remaining you may request another.
We will be playing 4-person Ambrose-style on the day, with prizes for the winning team. Additional highlights include:
- Steffan Scutti, a professional Long Drive athlete will be on the course, courtesy of My Mortgage Freedom. For a $50 donation, Steffan will assist participants in boosting their drives!
- “Closest to the pin” competition.
- Prizes for the winning team and longest drive!

Menu:
We will be serving a 2 course, an alternate drop menu. Dietary requests must be communicated by Friday 7th February to ensure the venue is able to accommodate the request.
What to bring:
Please arrive in your golf attire, ready to go! We recommend having a hat, sunscreen, and water bottle. Should the weather be slightly wet or cool, please bring/wear suitable outerwear. Please note we will not be held responsible for any missing belongings, nor will we have a bag drop. We encourage participants to only bring essential belongings and nothing of high or sentimental value, as the Foundation will not be responsible for items that go missing.
Wet weather:
The event will proceed in light to moderate rain, with potential course adjustments if required. Any updates will be emailed during the week of the event.
Accommodation:
Should you wish to stay at the venue overnight, please get in touch with the friendly team at hotelfo@portseagolf.com.au to check availability.
Event Terms & conditions
FEE PAYMENT
Your registration is not secure until payment in full has been made. All fees must be paid in full at least 14 days before the event. No credits or refunds will be given to cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event.
EVENT CANCELLATION
- If an attendee/corporate cancel their registration, a full refund will be offered up until 30 days prior to the event. After this no refund will be offered. If the event is cancelled due to weather or other circumstances out of our control, a full refund will be offered up until 30 days prior to the event. After this no refund will be given. If the event is postponed all registration fees will be transferred to the new date.
- If the event is cancelled due to Government restrictions, a full refund will be offered up until 30 days prior to the event. A 50% refund will be given if cancelled between 30 days and 1 day prior to the event, after this no refund will be given. If the event is postponed all rego fees will be transferred to the new date.
PRIVACY
I understand that the personal information I have provided in this application is necessary for the conduct of the Regatta and will be handled in accordance with the Property Industry Foundation's Privacy Policy, which is available at pif.com.au. Property Industry Foundation will do its utmost to protect the security of my personal information and will not share it with other organisations. I consent to my personal information being used by the Property Industry Foundation.
CODE OF CONDUCT
If the event organisers, venue management or security onsite deem the behaviour of anyone at the event, be it, an employee, volunteer, client, or participant to be inappropriate or disrespectful to another person, you will be removed from the event immediately and no refund will be given.
If further action is required because of one’s behaviour at the event, the event manager will enforce security to assist or seek further assistance from law enforcement. All incidents of inappropriate behaviour or disrespectful behaviour will be recorded at the time of incident, and the event organiser and Property Industry Foundation will follow up with those and the company involved.
