This mission is intertwined with her 25-year career, and her current role at Charter Hall, where she serves as Chief Experience Officer, bringing the organisation's purpose to life through fostering talent, cultivating customer connections, shaping culture, driving ESG strategy, integrating data-driven decision-making, and reinforcing the brand across the organisation.

Brendan Brest
Homeless Youth Advocate

Brendan Brest, 27, has experienced child and youth homelessness and was a member of the Youth Homelessness Representative Council YHRC. He endured family and domestic violence, spent much of his life in foster care, and found himself living in a youth refuge at 14. Despite these challenges, he recently marked four years of employment at Crown Casino and has stable housing. Brendan remains dedicated to advocacy, aiming to prevent others from enduring similar hardships.
