Backseat SleepOut (24)

Our Esuarve team is taking part in the Beackseat SleepOut for Homeless Youth

As the proud founder of Everything Suarve Inc., I am committed to helping at-risk youth, and our organisation has supported over 260 young people, many of whom come from homeless backgrounds or live in social or emergency housing. Our Esuarve team is standing behind this Backseat SleepOut event to raise awareness for those suffering from homelessness, who may often feel unseen. What I’ve come to understand is that, unfortunately, for some young people, being homeless—despite its many challenges—is sometimes the safest place they know. Through this sleep-out, we want these young people to know: we see you, and we are with you.

Every young person deserves a safe place to sleep at night. This Backseat SleepOut will raise vital funds to support those who do not have a secure place to sleep each night.

On Thursday, 24 October, I will be giving up my bed for the night and sleeping out at Eat Street Northshore with industry peers to show my support for homeless or at-risk youth.

In Australia, over 46,000 young people don’t have a safe and secure place to sleep. You may not see them—they are in cars, under bridges, or couch surfing—but as young people with nowhere safe to turn, they face a future of ongoing homelessness and vulnerability.

Recently, Esuarve built a tiny home, which we proudly donated to the Gold Coast Project for homeless youth. This initiative reflects our commitment to providing tangible support and creating real change.

We need to take a stand against this and create a better future. Please support my efforts, and together, let’s make a difference for at-risk youth in our community.
