Natalie Devlin, Chief Experience Officer, Charter Hall
Natalie has over 25 years' experience across Asia Pacific, leading and implementing organisational development and transformational change. In her role as Chief Experience Officer, she has focused on bringing to life Charter Hall’s unique market proposition, built upon a philosophy of driving mutual success and enduring impact for our customers, people and communities. Natalie is passionate about continuous improvement. With deep expertise in brand, culture, workplace and capability, Natalie understands the value of data-driven decision making and has been integral to how we scale the Group for meaningful growth. Natalie represents Charter Hall on the National and NSW Board of Advisors for the Property Industry Foundation, and is a member of Chief Executive Women and IWF Australia.

Zoë Robinson, Advocate for Children and Young People, NSW
Zoë was appointed as the Advocate for Children and Young People in January 2021. Zoë holds a law degree and a Masters of Human Rights. She previously worked as a solicitor for firms in NSW, for Deloitte in internal strategy and was the CEO of the NSW Peak Body for Youth Homelessness. Prior to commencing her appointment as the Acting Advocate, Zoë worked at the Department of Premier and Cabinet. Her role was focussed on breaking disadvantage. Zoë also volunteered for a number of months for an organisation that represented death row inmates based in Houston, Texas. Zoë firmly believes that children and young people should be given every opportunity to succeed and set themselves up for success, and that they should have the opportunity to choose what that means to them. Zoë believes that all children and young people should be heard, listened to and be central to the work that we do both in government, business and community.

Jason Juretic, CEO, Stepping Stone House
Jason Juretic is the CEO of the award-winning non-profit Stepping Stone House which provides accommodation and personal development for young people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness so they can achieve independence and are inspired to become the very best they can be. Jason has enjoyed a very varied career, starting his working life as a pilot in the United Kingdom Royal Air Force, he then moved into security and counter terrorism roles as an officer before leaving the military to take on management and executive leadership roles in the travel, transport, IT and supply chain industries. Jason has dedicated over 25 years in both volunteer and professional roles to developing, mentoring and supporting disadvantaged children and youth to become the very best they can be. His unique approach to empowerment is characterised by the use of measurable goals and outcomes which foster a sense of achievement and self-belief in those he supports

Rebecca Mullins, CEO, My Foundations Youth Housing
Rebecca brings deep senior management expertise in community organisations across the community housing, homelessness and advocacy sectors. As one of the driving forces from conception to development of the company and our founding CEO, Rebecca is determined that our collective vision – that all young people have a safe, supportive and affordable home be realised.
Rebecca is supported by a committed Operations team with extensive experience in youth homelessness and community housing and a CPA with strong commercial expertise.

Adrian Harrington, Senior Advisor, Lighthouse Infrastructure
Adrian has 33 years of experience in funds management, real estate, government, and the not-for-profit sectors across Australia, the UK, and the US. He is Chair of Charter Hall Direct Property Management which oversees $10bn in real estate funds, a Senior Advisor to Lighthouse Infrastructure on affordable housing, Chair of Inclusive Housing Australia’s Specialist Disability Accommodation Investment Committee, Non-Executive Director of the ACT Government’s Suburban Land Agency, NSW Chair of Housing All Australians and a member of the University of Canberra's Development and Planning Committee. Adrian is the former Chair of both the Federal Government’s National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation (now Housing Australia) and the Australian Housing and Urban Research Institute (AHURI). He has held senior positions at Charter Hall, Folkestone, Mirvac, Deutsche Asset Management, Paladin and the Property Council of Australia. Adrian is an Honorary Life Member of the NSW Division of the Property Council of Australia.

Jane Fitzgerald, COO, Property Council of Australia
Jane Fitzgerald is Chief Operating Officer of the Property Council of Australia since July 2021. Previously Jane held the role of Executive Director of the New South Wales where she led the advocacy agenda at a time of enormous investment and change in the sector. Prior to her appointment, Jane was a senior executive with the Commonwealth Attorney-General’s Department and, amongst other roles, was the Chief Executive Officer of the Royal Commission into Trade Union Governance and Corruption. Previously, Jane was the Deputy Director-General of the NSW Ministry for Police and chief of staff to two ministers in the NSW Government. Jane has a law degree and an arts degree majoring in politics from the University of NSW.

Lillian Zrim, Head of Research, PHD Media
With a career spanning 25 years in the media industry, Lillian is a seasoned research and marketing professional dedicated to uncovering effective communication and marketing strategies. Joining PHD in 2020, Lillian has led the design and delivery of tailored measurement solutions, offering insights and strategic direction for brands and media planning.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Lillian is deeply committed to giving back to the community. As Chair of the PHD Sydney Charity Committee, she spearheads initiatives aimed at addressing youth homelessness, collaborating with integral organisations such as UnLTD, YFoundations, and Youth Off The Streets. Lillian fosters a culture of social responsibility within the agency, reinforcing the importance of making a meaningful difference in the community.

John MacMillan, CEO, Yfoundations
With qualifications in social work, communications and the law, John has over 30 years experience working in non-government and government settings in operational, policy development and sector development roles. He has worked in a broad range of human service fields including, homelessness, social housing, child protection, youth justice, disability services, community legal services and criminal law. As head of homelessness at the former NSW Department of Housing, John led the development of the first NSW Homelessness Action Plan, negotiated the NSW implementation plan for the National Partnership Agreement on Homelessness and oversaw the development and implementation of Regional Homelessness Action Plans across the state.
Following his time working in the government sector John worked in senior roles in national peak bodies for disability service providers and community legal centres, before graduating as a lawyer. Following five years working in criminal law, John is excited and energized to be working again in homelessness and is committed to working with, and supporting, the youth homelessness sector to make youth homelessness, rare, brief and non-recurring.

Damien Pashby, Client Lead, Ogilvy
Damien has over 20 years of agency and client-side experience in the Australian ad industry.
Damien is a passionate and creative advertiser who has experience across a vast range iconic brands in our market such as Toyota, Sony Australia, Hyundai, CommBank, Lexus and KFC. Throughout the past 10 years at Ogilvy, Damien has managed a vast portfolio including key Government sector clients, as well as a robust FMCG client base. In addition, the Ogilvy team led by Damien has been partnering with UnLtd for almost 5 years, dedicating time and effort towards supporting some of Australia’s most important causes.
