‘Give Back’ Pack for Homeless Youth is a wonderful way to unite your team in a common goal – providing essentials to young people entering safe, secure and welcoming homes for marginalised and at-risk young people in Brisbane.
The Property Industry Foundation, in partnership with Brisbane Youth Services, is asking your company/team to provide one or more of the following packs to distribute to the young people accessing their housing and support programs.
How you can help
Decide to run a ‘Give Back’ Pack for Homeless Youth Drive
If you decide to run a Drive at your workplace, please let us know by registering.
Click on which packs you will be putting together. Update your page with photos and a short description about who will be involved in the drive.
Gather the goods
Give your colleagues a set time frame for participating. Download and use the posters, pack lists and other promotional material to communicate what is needed by when.
Pre-pack at a Team Catch Up
You know your team best – gather your workmates at a tea break, a lunch etc for a social gathering where they can also give back by packing the items for the Packs that you have chosen. Take photos and let us know when and where you are doing this. We would love to amplify your work.
Pack into a cardboard box and tag with relevant Pack Tags.
