Property Industry Foundation Future Leaders welcomes you and your nominee to attend a private event of networking amongst other industry leaders to celebrate our inaugural 40 under 40 campaign.

  • Tickets will become available to each nominee on the 40 under 40 list and include 1 senior member of their organisation to accompany them.
  • Tickets for both attendees are $200 and are not transferable to anybody outside of your organization.
  • Upon successful receipt of your nominee, you will receive a code to use on the website to purchase the ticket. As this is an invitation-only event, only organisations with a code will be able to purchase these tickets.

Your Nominee can be put forward by yourself, or in collaboration with your organisation. We encourage you to consider a diverse and inclusive range of candidates who embody the following criteria:

  • Authentic
  • Dedicated and passionate
  • Collaborative and team focused
  • Empathetic
  • Community-minded
  • Actively participated in industry events and issues

The event will include a welcoming remark from Property Industry Foundation CEO and guest speakers for an exciting panel discussion. Please join us for drinks and canapes generously donated by Brookfield Properties, as well as some live music and what is sure to be a night of high-calibre networking and celebration of our nominees’ accomplishments.

The evening timings:

  • 5:30 registrations open
  • 6:20pm speeches/ panel discussion
  • 7:15 – 9pm Networking – drinks and canapes
  • 9pm event concludes
  • Dress code is semi-formal cocktail.
